Please note, due to the nature of our products we do not accept exchanges or refunds.

We do recognize that unique circumstances can arise. Should you have any issues with your order please contact us at info@BodyLoveBathSponge.com. Your specific concern will be reviewed. Upon review, should a refund or exchange be approved, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions for the return of the original package.

Please do not send item back without first requesting a return as we will not be accepting returns of this nature.

Damages and issues

Upon receipt of your purchase, we ask that you please inspect the product and notify us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
